RAPCC Summer 2013 Phase I New Volunteer Training

Dates and Times:
Tuesday, June 4, 6p to 9p
Thursday, June 6, 9a to 3p
Friday, June 7, 9a to 3:30p

Please note! Attendance at ALL sessions is required for those interested in peer counseling, performing ultrasounds, helping with childcare, or reception work.

Location:
RAPCC, 611 West State Street

Tuition:
There is currently no cost for the Summer 2013 Training. Lunch during the Thursday and Friday sessions will cost approximately $8 and can be paid those days.

Seminar Topics
Be prepared to take in a lot of information!  This seminar will provide you with the tools that you will need to minister to women and men involved in pregnancy-related issues, as well as acquaint you with the pregnancy care ministry.

Some topics which will be covered are:

· Biblical View of Sanctity of  Human Life

· The Nature of Crisis Pregnancy

· How to Minister to the Abortion-Vulnerable Woman

· Basics of Good Helping Skills

· The Role of the Gospel

· The Abstinence Message

What to Bring:

· Bible

· Pen

· Notebook

Snacks will be provided Tuesday evening. Continental breakfast available on Thursday and Friday morning.
